Sausage Balls

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix

1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained

1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Roll into balls.
Bake immediately at 375° or freeze and bake later.
Serve on heated tray with toothpicks.
This dish was a frequent companion to the Cheese Bits.
